Satishbhai Naranbhai Patel
સતીશભાઈ નારણભાઈ પટેલ ખેડૂત પરિવારના દીકરા છે. ૧૯૯૦થી જમીનના કાગળ, કચેરી અને ખેતર — ત્રણેય વચ્ચે ઊભા રહીને ૩૫ વર્ષમાં સેંકડો સોદા જોયા છે: કયા બન્યા, કયા તૂટ્યા, અને કેમ. "ગુજરાત લેન્ડ એક્સપર્ટ" તરીકે તે જ વાત તેઓ સાદી ગુજરાતીમાં લોકો સુધી પહોંચાડે છે.
Satishbhai Naranbhai Patel is a farmer's son. Since 1990 he has stood between the paper, the office and the field, watching hundreds of deals over 35 years: which held, which broke, and why. As Gujarat Land Expert he puts that knowledge into plain Gujarati.

Fill the form and pay the book price. Your reader number is assigned the moment payment succeeds, and the receipt PDF is emailed to you.
How will my name appear in the book?
On the "first 1,000 readers of land" page, with your number, in Gujarati and English. Check the spelling in the form; it cannot be changed after printing.
When will the book arrive?
The dispatch date will be announced and sent to you on WhatsApp/email. After dispatch, delivery within India usually takes 5–7 days [TO CONFIRM].
What if the book arrives damaged or wrong?
Send your order number and photos on WhatsApp; after verification we will arrange a replacement. Returns for change of mind are not accepted. See the cancellation, replacement and refund policy.
For NRIs?
The book ships to Indian addresses only. Payment is currently by Indian UPI, cards and net banking; international cards will follow. You can join the Founders' channel from abroad.
