2. What we sell

We sell the printed book "જમીન વાંચવાની કળા / The Art of Reading Land" by Satishbhai Naranbhai Patel, ISBN 978-93-345-0988-5, first edition, hardcover.

The price is shown in Indian rupees (₹) on the website. The price shown at the time of your order applies and includes all applicable taxes. Delivery within India is free.

3. Orders and payment

• Your order is confirmed when you submit the order form and your payment succeeds. You receive the order confirmation and receipt by email and WhatsApp.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, using UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI details.
• Each first-edition order receives a sequential "reader of land" number, in the order in which payments succeed. Numbers are not changed or reassigned.
• Each first-edition copy is signed by the author.
• The first edition is limited to 1,000 copies. We stop taking orders when they are taken.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the address cannot be served, if a pricing error appears, or if the edition is sold out. In that case we refund the full amount as set out in the Cancellation, replacement and refund policy.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free across India and takes 7 to 10 working days from dispatch. For addresses outside India, a delivery charge applies depending on the country. Full details are in the Shipping and delivery policy.

5. Cancellation, replacement and refunds

We do not give refunds. If your copy arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we replace it free of charge. Full details are in the Cancellation, replacement and refund policy.

6. Use of the book

The book is for education and general information. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, and the author is not a lawyer. Laws, government resolutions and fees change over time and differ between districts and talukas. Decisions you take on the basis of the book are your own responsibility. Consult a qualified lawyer, the DILR and a CA before any major decision.

7. Trademark and copyright

Gujarat Land Expert™ is a trademark of Satishbhai Naranbhai Patel. The book, all Gujarat Land Expert videos, articles, sample pages, the logo and all other original content on this website are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast or otherwise use them without written permission. To ask for permission, write to help@gujaratlandexpert.com.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, strikes or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
